By submitting registration, you agree to AALAS's Code of Conduct/Consent

- AALAS is offering an in person meeting only this year.
- Payment must be made by credit or debit card
- Workshop registrations cannot be processed without a complete meeting registration (including payment).
- You will receive your badge at the AALAS Registration counter in the convention center. Photo identification is required when picking up your badge. There is a $50 fee to replace a lost badge.
- Cancellations/refund requests must be received in the AALAS national office in writing (no phone messages) at least 30 days prior to the opening session of the National Meeting. Processing fees: $50 for meeting registration; $25 for each workshop, $25 for session recordings, and $25 for guest badges. Please allow 30 days for processing.
- Guest badges are for spouses/family only and not coworkers.

On-Site Registration (must register onsite in Nashville if not registered by October 7th)

The American Association for Laboratory Animal Science (“AALAS”) does not discriminate against individuals or groups regarding AALAS membership and/ or AALAS event attendance. However, AALAS reserves the right to deny registration to individuals or revoke a registration and remove and/or exclude that individual from the AALAS National Meeting or any reason, including, but not limited to an individual’s or group’s previous history of affiliation with organizations that make or have made a practice of opposing the beliefs, mission, and/or affiliation(s) of AALAS and/or has a prior history of negative interaction with AALAS.
To view or edit your completed registration order: login to your account on the AALAS website, select "My Profile" in the top right corner, scroll down to "My Meetings" and select "View Registration." You will not see the 2024 AALAS National Meeting listed here until you have completed registration.

Continuing Education Credits
The 2024 program will be submitted for continuing education credit in jurisdictions that recognize RACE approval.
Veterinarians and Veterinarian Technicians will submit (via a link AALAS will provide after the AALAS NM) their License Number and State Licensed and AALAS will upload credits to CE Broker. CE Broker links to your RACEtrack account to record and track continuing education.
