Registration

ILAM 2025 will be held May 4 - 8, 2025 in Memphis, TN. Only completed applications accompanied with the full registration fee will be accepted. Registration is ONLINE ONLY and cannot be made by phone or fax. You must login to the individual AALAS account of the person who is attending ILAM to register. Class size is limited and acceptance into the program is based upon the first applications received that are accompanied with payment. IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED, YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED.

Registration for the 2025 ILAM Program will open on Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at 12:00 PM CT. Follow our social media for the official announcement that registration is open.

(A second-year participant who is unable to attend the second year class after a three-year break shall be required to repeat year one of the ILAM Program and pay applicable fees before attending year two.)

Fees

The ILAM registration fee includes tuition, instruction, and class materials. Transportation and housing are not included in this registration fee. Registrants will receive a housing link for reserving their hotel room within the ILAM housing block for days of the event. The negotiated hotel rate includes meals vouchers for breakfast and dinner which can be used within the Hilton hotel. Contact AALAS for current rates.

Transportation

Participants must make their own transportation arrangements. Transportation to and from the Memphis airport is provided by the hotel.

Scholarships

The 2025 scholarship applications will open on September 1st and close on October 1st. Scholarships for ILAM 2025 are funded by LAMA, Ancare, Allied Trade Association, and the ILAM Alumni.
